We had a job today where a customer had damage to their roof due to a storm. This is unexpected and can happen to anyone! Our customer contacted us and we went out to get some footage and images of the damaged and problem areas. This was primarily for insurance purposes so that a claim could be made to pay for the repairs. During this time the customer could see the footage being taken and pointed out specific areas which they wanted zoomed in on.
After this process the customer requested the footage to be uploaded to a USB drive which was done on site (we also provide an online solution, you will receive a link within 24 hours to download the footage and images. This link will last for 30 days unless an extension is requested.)
